Dudhsagar Waterfalls Trek

Dudhsagar Waterfall Trek Itinerary: -

• Day 1:

1. Mumbai: People joining from Mumbai will take Chennai CSMT Exp to Pune railway station
2. Pune: Pune people will directly reach Pune station at 3.00 pm
3. 03:00 pm: Meet the Sunshine Team at Pune Railway station, Platform no 3 
4. 04:00 pm: We will be catching the Goa Express
5. Overnight Journey toward Dudhsagar.

• Day 2

1. 05:00 am: Reach Kulem Station
2. 06.00am:Fresh up at the hotel and have your breakfast
3. 08:00 am: Start Trekking from Kulem toward Dudhsagar Waterfall through Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary Jungle (3 Hours Easy Trek through Jungle crossing Multiple Water Streams)
4. 11:30 am: Reach Dudhsagar Base, Fun time near Waterfall
5. 12:00 am: Start our return journey to Kulem
6. 02:00 pm: Reach Kulem Guest House
7. 03:30 pm - 04:45 pm: Reach Station and board Goa Express

• Day 3

1. 5.00 am: Reach Pune with loads of memories
2. Mumbai people will board the immediate next train from Pune to Mumbai in the morning

Kindly note that this is a easy grade trek but requires walking of around 22 kms within a particular time span hence age group above 40  and people who are not physically fit are not allowed on this trek 

Note: Sunshine Tours will try its best to get you a confirmed or a RAC(2 PEOPLE ON ONE SLEEPER SEAT) seat as per your booking dates our agents will also try the tatkal option to get you a confirmed seat. Incase of tatkal additional tatkal charges has to be born by participants

Rules And Regulations

• Avoid wearing precious Jewellery while trekking, as Sunshie Tours won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
• Entering the dudhsagar waterfall is strictly prohibited. Swimming is not allowed.
• No washroom facilities are available in the area.
• Mobile connectivity is unavailable in the area, as it is surrounded by a dense forest.
• Consuming liquor or any kind of Alcoholic substance is prohibited. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. Anybody found smoking or consuming alcoholic drinks will be expelled from the event without refund.

You Should Know::

Dudhsagar Water Falls is very complicated. So we change trek plans accordingly. Do not keep high expectations like washroom, Cafe etc., coz we will be trekking in forest area which is restricted to visitors. Will change trekking path, distance as per situation.
The team/Organizers are not responsible for any loss of your valuables, Any major Injury/Death. We do not entertain Alcohol/any kind of Drug during the event. We strictly follow the "Litter free Atmosphere", do co operate. Kindly adhere to the instructions of the Leads in order to enjoy the road trip in a safe manner

Train Details

• The early you book shall you get a full seat to travel
• We always try procuring a confirmed seat to travel however since there is only train to Dudhsagar you may also get a RAC(One seat shared by two people) seat depending upon your time of booking 
• No complaints regarding seat confirmations will be entertained at any cost

Cancellation Policy

• Incase the trip is canceled by trekpanda due to bad weather conditions or any unavoidable situation from the start point Pune train cancellation charges as per IRCTC will be applicable along with payment gateway charges of 2.3% and the booking portal charges of 80 per booking.
• Incase the trek has to be called off due to bad weather conditions or unavoidable situations after boarding the train no refund of any kind will be applicable
• Incase you plan to cancel the trip cancellation policy as on cancellation page will be applicable.

 Disclamer and Medical Fitness Form

• Dudhsagar trek is an easy difficulty but a high endurance trek that needs extensive walking
• Make sure you are medically fit and have a duly signed copy of the medical fitness and disclaimer form available with you 

IRCTC Rules

• Kindly note that Sunshine Tours makes its tickets from irctc certified agents
• We use intelligent AI-based tools like Confirmticket to predict the confirmation probability of your ticket
• Tickets are made based on the maximum confirmation probability and solely depend on the remaining days for your departure
• However, it is essential to note that the tool does not guarantee a 100% confirmation guarantee for waitlisted and RAC tickets every time and Sunshine Tours does not hold any control to confirm tickets every time.
• There might always be a chance that you get a RAC(half seat) ticket instead of a confirmed seat and Sunshine Tours is not responsible for not providing confirmed tickets since IRCTC is a govt body and we do not hold any control over that.
• It is always the best thing to book your trip in advance at least 20 days prior to improve your possibility of  getting a full seat on the train
• The seat availability of trains depends from the season to season and since few routes have specific one or two trains running on the route it might get difficult to get a confirmed seat during peak festive and tourist seasons
• Also kindly note that our agents will get in touch with you to provide alternate options for trains where you can hold a chance of a confirmed ticket which may have some monetary difference in the ticket amount which if you confirm to upgrade shall be liable to pay.
• Also, there might arise a chance that our predictability tool may fail and you may get a RAC seat once the chart is prepared. Kindly note that Sunshine Tours won't be responsible for providing full seats in such a situation nor refunding any amount since it is a govt transport and not private.
• Trains like GOA EXPRESS do not have alternate train options and hence no up-gradation is possible
• In case you want to cancel your train tickets in the middle of a trip to opt for flight options you need to update us 36 hours prior to providing hassle-free cancellation last minute cancellations are not practically possible every time as our agents work in fixed time slots and there are various other factors associated to it.
